The Financial Secretary:
- Must have experience or formal accounting experience
- Supervise all books of accounts, review accounting methods, counsel including the preparation of an annual budget
- Assumes all responsibility for consistency and accountancy in the budget
- Act as liaison to an independent Public Accountant for the sake of auditing the accounts of the CCCA
- Shall not be a signatory to any disbursement drawn on any account of fund for CCCA.
