The Assistant Secretary:
- If the Secretary is absent or is unable to perform, the Vice Secretary assumes such duties
- In consultation with the Secretary, the Vice secretary may be assigned other duties bt the President or Executive
Board.
- Works in collaboration with the Secretary to ensure completion of secretarial duties.
