To serve as an umberalla organization for all other existing Caribbean organization

Enhance involvement in the promotion of Caribbean culture through various ethic groups with the Chicagoland area

To ensure Caribbean culture and heritage is passed on to the off--springs of its members with the hope of providing a better life for everyone either of Caribbean or Non-Caribbean descent.
